Teleties Brand Story: from hair woes to hair WOWS.
Hairties break, stretch out, rip hair and give us headaches. This pain put Lindsay (creator of Teleties) on a mission to create the perfect go-to hair accessory: an all-in-one hair tie that doubles as stylish, stackable bracelet.
Growing up playing soccer, she found herself constantly on the sidelines with her head upside down, frantically trying to put her hair tie back in. Then as a busy mom on the go, she found her hair ties slipping on many levels. Tired of hair ties performing poorly and not being aesthetically pleasing, she decided to do something about it. She wanted to make hair ties that were not only functional, but fashionable and less damaging to hair. And that’s exactly what she did!
Lindsay conceptualized designs, researched materials, and tested prototype after prototype until she created what she believes is the perfect hair tie. A hair tie that has all the features, benefits, and improvements she envisioned. Above all, one she was proud to wear. And thus, TELETIES were born.
As the business has prospered, Lindsay wanted a way to give back to the community. She has partnered with FORCE, a non-profit organization that improves the lives of those affected by hereditary cancers, a cause that hits close to home for Lindsay.
