Are you a self-motivated, experienced retail star looking for a new opportunity in Alexandria, MN? We've got great news! Kindred People is hiring!
At Kindred People, you will help create a personalized, fun and genuine shopping experience for our guests as well as a welcoming and supportive work environment for the team. We're looking for someone who has strong leadership skills, creative problem solving abilities and a passion for getting creative with apparel, accessories and local art.
- Develop a rich understanding of Kindred People's vision and uphold the mission and standards across all areas of the business
- Drive sales on the sales floor through clienteling
- Assist Product Lead in keeping the store looking funky fresh and drawing people in through visual merchandising
- Assist in content creation, collabs and photoshoots
- Assist in store setup and prep for sales and special events
- Assist in processing new shipments
- Must be able to work open hours, at least two weekends per month and select holidays
STORE HOURS
Monday-Saturday 10am-6pm
Sunday 10am-4pm
