Return policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Kindred People for any reason, you may return it within 14 days of delivery or in store purchase date for a full refund in the original payment method. Gift receipt returns receive store credit. Returns are accepted at our Alexandria, Minnesota and Fargo, North Dakota locations, and by mail. Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
An original receipt is required for returns. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed with original tags attached. Returns may be refused for items that appear worn, misused or are in violation of policy. All jewelry, hair accessories, eyewear, beauty, fragrance, intimate apparel, stationery, gift cards and last chance markdowns are final sale (not returnable).
Changing or canceling an order
If you want to change or cancel your order, call us (320.219.7880) as soon as possible. If we have not packed and shipped your item(s) yet, we would be more than happy to make changes or cancel your order. If the order has been shipped, unfortunately we’ll be unable to make changes or cancel.
Exchanges
Due to a quick selling window and the one-of-a-kind nature of our store, we cannot offer exchanges. The easiest route to receiving a different size or style is to place a new order and return the item(s) that didn’t work out.
