Shipping policy

All online orders are shipped through USPS. Shipping updates are delivered automatically via email and / or text message. Online orders ship within 12-hours of order placement Monday-Saturday.

Orders placed on Sunday are shipped the following business day. No shipping on holidays.

Kindred People is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

In the event that an item arrives defective, contact us right away for further assistance. Reference your order number and provide a photo and description of the damage in your communication.

RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Kindred People for any reason, you may return it within 14-days of delivery, or in-store purchase date for a full refund in the original payment method. Gift receipt returns receive store credit.

Returns are accepted in-store at our Alexandria, Minnesota location and by mail. No refunds on shipping.

All returns require an original receipt. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed, with original tags intact. Returns may be refused for items that are in violation of policy or appear worn, damaged, and / or misused.
 
Items including hair accessories, eyewear, jewelry, fragrance, beauty, intimate apparel, stationery, gift cards, and markdowns are FINAL SALE.
