If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Kindred People for any reason, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund in the original payment method at our store’s downtown Alexandria, Minnesota or Fargo, North Dakota locations or by sending it back to us. Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and have all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns for items that appear to have been worn or misused. All jewelry, cosmetics, intimates, drinkware, gift cards + discounted merchandise are final sale.
Changing or canceling an order
If you want to change or cancel your order, simply call us (320.219.7880) as soon as possible. If we have not packed and shipped your item(s) yet, we would be more than happy to make changes or cancel your order. If the order has been shipped, unfortunately we’ll be unable to make changes or cancel.
Due to quick turnaround and the one-of-a-kind boutique nature of our store, we cannot offer exchanges. The easiest method of receiving a different size or style is to place a completely new order and return the item(s) that didn’t work out.
