At Kindred People, you will help create a personalized, fun and genuine shopping experience for our guests as well as a welcoming + supportive work environment for the team. We're looking for someone who has strong leadership skills, creative problem solving abilities and a passion for getting creative with apparel, accessories + local art.

• Develop a rich understanding of Kindred People's vision and uphold the mission + standards across all areas of the business
• Drive sales on the sales floor through clienteling
• Track personal and store sales goals + implement growth strategies
• Assist in processing new freight, merchandising the sales floor + managing markdowns
• Assist Product Team Lead in keeping the store looking funky fresh + drawing people in through visual merchandising 
• Assist in content creation, collabs + photoshoots
• Assist in store setup and prep for sales + events
• Must be able to work open hours, at least two weekends per month + select holidays
