THE WORK
Are you a self-motivated, experienced retail star looking for a new opportunity in Alexandria, Minnesota? We're hiring! At Kindred People, you will help create a personalized, fun and genuine shopping experience for our guests as well as a welcoming and supportive work environment for the team. We're looking for someone who has strong leadership skills, creative problem solving abilities and a passion for getting creative with apparel, fragrance, accessories and art.✓ Develop a rich understanding of Kindred People's vision and uphold the mission, shop standards and Stylist expectations in your work.
✓ Embody the highest quality service by going the extra miles to make our guests feel welcomed and comfortable during their shopping experience.
✓ Become a brand expert! Our Stylists have in-depth knowledge about our brands, products, fits and features.
✓ Assist the Products Lead in keeping the store looking funky fresh, drawing guests in through visual merchandising.
✓ Assist the Promotions Lead by grabbing photo and video content for social media when called upon.
✓ Work with your team to process new inventory for the sales floor.
✓ Develop leadership through engaging in TeamTalk, maintaining a solutions focused mindset, and interacting with us on social media.
